What is Forum?
UTC Forum is the weekly UTC E-Board meeting. Forum is open to everyone and currently takes place at 2:40 PM on Sundays in the SCC Green Room. For information regarding the location of each meeting, please contact the one of our E-Board members.
One of the things that occurs during forum is voting. In order to be eligible to vote on matters such as elections, an individual must be a current member of the UTC. An individual is considered a current member if they satisfy any of these requirements: "They have participated on a UTC show as a cast member, production staff member, run crew, or spotlight/board operator within the past three semesters; They currently serve on UTC E-Board; They have attended at least two UTC meetings in the current semester (meetings that occur every semester that may be counted towards qualification for UTC membership include weekly commission meetings, pre-proposals, or voting)" (UTC constitution article IV section 1).
